This industrial area has many industries which are exporting their goods on world. This industrial area of Gujarat supplies 80% of total requirement of OEM.
Tip Top Forgings Pvt. Ltd., Established in the year 1995 on a modest scale with a single forging unit, Tip Top Forgings Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as on of the prime source for steel forged parts. The plant of the company is located at Village: Shapar (Veraval) of Rajkot Dist. in Gujarat State.
The forging facilities include a battery of close die drop hammer machine. Tip Top group is an integrated operation with Advance Die making facilities. The dedicated team at Tip Top ensures quality assured supplies to original equipment manufacturers & the replacement market.
The plant is well equipped with Die-shop, Cutting-shop and Forge-shop. There is a implementation of full-fledged quality control system.
Achievements
The company started commercial production 1996 years with a single hammer of 1-ton capacity. The positive response from our valued customers makes us strength to install one more plant with same capacity and production will starts in 2008.
In 2013 Tip Top Forging Pvt. Ltd. Expansion and 0.5 Tan Hammer Install.
