With CNC machining centers, bandsaws, laser cutting machines, waterjet cutting systems, and plasma cutting machines, we ensure precise shaping, intricate profiling, and optimal cutting performance for both heavy and complex components. Forging

At Tip Top Forgings Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in multiple forging techniques to meet the diverse requirements of our customers and global OEM markets. Our forging capabilities include Belt Drop Hammer Forging, Closed Die Forging, and Ring Rolling Forging, enabling us to manufacture precision-engineered components for demanding applications.

Our Belt Drop Hammer units operate in capacities of 0.75 MT, 1 MT, 1.5 MT, and 3 MT, ensuring optimal force for high-strength forged parts. Through Closed Die Forging, we support job weights from 0.100 kg to 75 kg, delivering precise and intricate near-net metal shaping. With our Ring Rolling Forging capability, we produce seamless forged rings ranging from Ø 50 mm to Ø 600 mm, suitable for various industrial applications.

With these integrated forging technologies, Tip Top Forgings Pvt. Ltd. delivers high-quality, customized forged components for automotive, agriculture, hydraulic, defense, and railway sectors.

Heat Treatment

Heat Treatment

Our in-house heat treatment department is equipped with advanced facilities designed to improve the mechanical properties, strength, and durability of our forged components. We offer a wide range of heat treatment processes, including annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, and case hardening, ensuring the right balance of hardness, toughness, and structural integrity.

Through precise temperature control and controlled time cycles, we achieve optimal metallurgical transformations and microstructural refinement for superior component performance. With our expertise in heat treatment, we deliver forged parts that meet stringent OEM requirements and industry standards for high-performance applications.

Machining

Machining is a core part of our production capabilities, supported by advanced CNC-VMC machining centers and precision CNC lathes. Our machining division is equipped with a diversified range of processing equipment, including conventional lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and high-end CNC-VMC systems.

This comprehensive setup enables high accuracy, superior surface finishing, and consistent dimensional tolerance — making us a reliable supplier for precision forging components. Beyond machining, we also provide die manufacturing, finishing, and post-processing services, helping customers receive fully finished and ready-to-use forged products. Our robust machining infrastructure enhances productivity, reduces lead time, and supports mass, medium, and prototype production requirements across industries.

Inspection

Inspection

Our Laboratory & Inspection department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure product quality, consistency, and performance. With a comprehensive suite of inspection and testing instruments, we validate both forged and machined components with precision and reliability.

Our inspection capabilities include a Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester, Tensile Testing Machine (FSA make), Impact Testing Machine, Muffle Furnace, Jominy End Quench Test, and Double Disk Polishing Machine. These advanced tools allow us to perform metallurgical analysis, hardness measurement, tensile strength evaluation, impact testing, and microstructural assessment, ensuring components meet stringent industry and customer specifications.
